Patek Philippe Calatrava ref.5127:When I am old and wise
One of the best designed watches – in my opinion – is Patek Philippe Calatrava ref.5127. I do not know what is the idea behind the reference numbers of Patek, because they do not seem to be logical, but if you want to order from your (UNO) commercial authorized nearer to Patek it could come in handy. At all events, I will call it Calatrava in this post, without mentioning the reference all the hour. Patek has many models of Calatrava in their collection, but that is that below in particular when I addressed the one of the best designed watches. It does not have any pointed edge or firm position in terms of design, the hooks have only this light curve towards the belt (or bracelet for the models of /1) and the dial is perfectly clean.
Patek presented the Calatrava-line in 1932. A small round elegant watch with a good mechanical movement. The Calatrava-line always represents elegance, but a little more called towards the current standards. However, only of light adjustments were required. If you throw a glancen for example, and seek the Sixties Calatrava, only the dial will indicate that it takes place of this era. Is the ref.2484 below the Sixties. The exposures of dial it is that old, but the case could be one of Calatravas running as well. Patek Philippe is held above on the traditional design with their models of Calatrava. This particular model is finished on sale at the p Times Square in Tokyo for Juste more than 6600 euro and comes with the guarantee from 1 year.
Again with that I selected as having the best design for a wrist watch. Each time I look in one of the guides/catalogues annual of watch, I seek constantly that a watch, which could be my exit-observe. Exit-observe is a watch which makes your hunger for more stop. Or shows it which will be on your wrist forever and maintains all the different ones in the safe or the termination upwards on Chrono24. This Calatrava has much to them ingredients with being which exit-observe.
The only one on the side inclined on this Calatrava – and this goes for each model of Calatrava is that it is too friggin small. Only 37mm of diameter, which is still considered large for Patek Philippe Calatrava. Other models are 36mm or smaller. The model of vintage describes above, is just approximately 33mm. Although I would be in favour of the new tendency for smaller watches, I wonder watches whether that this size will seem acceptable on my wrist. Perhaps it will adapt me to improve when I am old and wise.
