In a general way, the face is a little occupied and certain smaller registers are blocked by the meticulous hand of sword at the odd hours. The police force used for the interior register was too BOLD, losing part of the elegance which could have made with this a more readable watch.

Finally, Torgoen filled vacuum in a world where Breitling average BlingMaster and an elegant IWC is out of the average scale of price of pilots of Cessna (unless the theyre on Colombia with the race of Baja, but it is a different history). T2 also comes with a band from black face and brown, but silver plated/black compound we tested were very serious and attracting without being sumptuous.

Evaluated like a beater and equipped like a champion, T2 de Torgoen is a pleasant surprise in a field of the watches which are also as impressive and as expensive as the fuel for engines.

One of the best designed watches – in my opinion – is Patek Philippe Calatrava ref.5127. I do not know what is the idea behind the reference numbers of Patek, because they do not seem to be logical, but if you want to order from your (UNO) commercial authorized nearer to Patek it could come in handy. At all events, I will call it Calatrava in this post, without mentioning the reference all the hour. Patek has many models of Calatrava in their collection, but that is that below in particular when I addressed the one of the best designed watches. It does not have any pointed edge or firm position in terms of design, the hooks have only this light curve towards the belt (or bracelet for the models of /1) and the dial is perfectly clean.

Patek presented the Calatrava-line in 1932. A small round elegant watch with a good mechanical movement. The Calatrava-line always represents elegance, but a little more called towards the current standards. However, only of light adjustments were required. If you throw a glancen for example, and seek the Sixties Calatrava, only the dial will indicate that it takes place of this era. Is the ref.2484 below the Sixties. Approximately two weeks ago, I ordered the Watch written by Gene Stone. There is an interview with the author on TimeZoneand which started me to order my own copy . I was a little skeptic towards this book, because I completely have some books concerning the subject, but they too much are level of entry or too much point. At all events, I received the book last week and I than was more applied. Covers of this book much of marks, history of the marks, shows gathering, a dictionary of watch, interviews with collectors of watch, ends on the watch and the end of gathering and purchase but certainly not less. superb photographs. This book would be one nice present to require/gives for Christmas! If I would have known that the book was this nice, I would have put it on my list of objectives. I am impressed! ! !

The homage of Manero to MaBu de Karl F. Bucherer is established using a movement of vintage out of beginning of the year 50, Valjoux 92, a movement of gauge of hand-rolling up.
